[bigletter custom_class=””]I start with pushing back my cuticle then I buff my nails this helps the strips last longer. Make sure you prep your nails they come with the an alcohol pad and a file but I also buff with this polar buffing block. I also have a video on this. It is essential that you thoroughly clean your nails to ensure that the strip adhere to the nail beds.One the nails are clean then proceed to apply the nail strips by opening the package start sizing the strips to your nails then peel the plastic then the grey tab and position the tab over the nail and firmly press. I remove the excess polish by pinching the ends with my free nail and also anything around my cuticle I have small nail beds and I find I have to do this often.
