These keto breakfast cups are the perfect item if you want to make breakfast ahead and want something different with eggs. The sky's the limit on the variety.
- muffin tin
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1/2 cup mushroom
- 1/2 cup pepper (diced green peppers, red peppers, jalapenos peppers)

Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a muffin pan with silicone liners or coat with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
