Meal prep is all about what YOU like to eat and the easiest way to get there. So I am going to give you an example I love seafood (I basically love all food but I digress). So I noticed that Publix had a bogo on shrimp so I decided why not center my meal prep around shrimp, so what goes good with shrimp?

Meal Prep doesn’t have to be intimidating or mean that you have to have a lot of ingredients and it takes a lot of time. That is a myth. I simply just thought of what is on sale and what is easy to make and I don’t mind adding some olive oil to a pan so I did that with some green peppers, onion, and shrimp and I had a meal!

After I added the oil and some seasoning. I was basically done!

The 15 minutes or less it took of me to think of a meal it actually saved time for me and also If I got hungry I would snack off of the meals that I prepped, also I didnot feel the need to binge.
Meal prep is key to a successful weight loss journey. I always say if you only have 30 minutes. Think about what you are going to eat!
