Ageless Beauty

This campaign is all about fighting the lack of diversity with age. Where are all the images of women over 40? Real women living real lives? Are the only photos that are worthy are those from bikini-perfect 20 years olds? Women over 40, 50 are not old and haggard-looking. I see plenty of us on the streets, in supermarkets, in bars, gyms, work, galleries, and they are crushing it! They work, they cook for their families, they are juggling, and they shop! Why are they ignored? I wan to change this. I am recreating some campaigns that often rely on primarily younger models. This is no hate toward the beautiful young model. I salute them; however, when I was a model in my 20’s I could not afford most of the items that I was involved in so the consumers that could afford these items are not being fairly represented. I know there are beautiful women that are in their 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s. Why can’t we see them? Them being at the top of their game could inspire us all to be the best we can be at any age. There are other campaigns that are similar to 40 over 40 projects and the black the younger black mirror project where the young lady wanted to disrupt how we see models.
